Making
a purchase |

Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any
items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you
have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will
be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or
anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert
the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is
ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or
over the Internet. |

Types:
There are the 2 basic shipping options available to European Union residents.
Please take note that we do not ship on Sundays. As well, please allow one
(1) business day for processing.
• Regular Shipping: you will receive your purchase 5 to 9 business
days from the time we process your order (usually the day after).
• Overnight Shipping: This option is only available to UK residents,
if your order is placed before 9am (GMT) you will receive it the next day.
However, an order placed after 9am (GMT) will be sent the day after, which
means you then will receive it 2 days after you placed your order.
Non European Union Residents:
At the moment our policy is not to ship to countries outside the European
Union.
Overnight Shipping Policies:
Overnight shipping policies: we cannot guarantee overnight deliveries and
shipping fee will not be refunded (in some cases you might get a refund
from the courier company). If you order an item and choose the Overnight
shipping and for any reason it has to be sent again, we will send it Priority
shipping.
Wrong Address Problems:
If the address you gave us has any mistake causing the delivery company
to be unable to deliver the package, we will send your purchase again but
shipping will then be charged again. |

REFUNDS:
Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for a refund.
Please note that if you ordered by Credit Card and return your item, you
will be refunded, minus 4% of the total transaction fee. This is to cover
the Credit Card charge that Visa and Mastercard charges us.
If you wish to return a product, please e-mail us with the following details
and wait for a reply before shipping your back product to us. Some restrictions
may apply but we will notify you.
1. No returns will be accepted unless complete information is provided including:

Valid E-mail Address
Phone Number (including the area code)
Quantity and Name of returning Product(s)
Reasons for returning the Product(s)
Make sure you receive the e-mail confirmation before sending back the product.
All requests for return authorisation must be made within the first year
of the warranty period. Product(s) authorised for return must be returned
with all original packaging, manuals and accessories in good condition.
All returns must be received within 10 days of receiving e-mail confirmation
from www.foneandsurf.com. Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal.
The 10 day period will NOT be extended or reassigned. Please note that original
shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
