If you are
not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its
original condition along with its original packaging and proof of purchase
within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. All items must be
returned using Parcelforce or Special Delivery courier services.

The goods must be in original condition & returned with full
packaging, including instructions, batteries, and any other accessories
that were originally supplied with the goods.
Credit/Debit card refunds will be made upon receipt of the goods,
providing we are satisfied that the goods meet the above conditions.
In the event of a return we will refund the total cost of the product
and the original postage paid, the customer must bear the cost of the
return postage. However should the return be due to an error on the part
of foneandsurf or the goods being faulty we would bear the full costs
of returning the product.
